Bounce Back! is a multiple award winning positive education approach to wellbeing, resilience and social-emotional learning for primary school children.
This award-winning program (now in its 3rd edition) supports teachers and schools in their efforts to promote positive mental health, wellbeing and resilience for both students and teachers and build safe and supportive class and school learning environments.
Resilience is the capacity to cope well in times of adversity or hardship.
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from difficult times while retaining a positive sense of self.

Toni and Helen are both educators and educational psychologists who co-authored the three editions of the Bounce Back program as well as 11 other highly regarded teacher resource books. Helen is also a counselling psychologist in part-time private practice. They have expertise in mental health, social skills, resilience, positive relationships, student, teacher and whole school wellbeing, effective teaching & learning and Positive Psychology/ Positive Education.
